Crl.O.P(MD)No.15772 of 2020 Magistrate, Devakottai on 01.02.2021. However, it was not taken on file and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
