The writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2016. 2.According to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent society, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the representation dated 07.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner herein had been considered and a proceedings was passed by the District Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 27.06.2016. aggrieved by the said proceedings challenged the same by way of an other writ petition in W.P(MD)No.14835 of 2017. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent society, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
