Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue order an appointment of promotion as Technical Assistant pursuant to the representation dated 16.01.2018 of the petitioner herein in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.4662, 5174 and 5175 of 2001 and W.P.No.2866 of 2009 dated 04.07.2014 on the file of this Court on par with the petitioner thereon.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 11.12.2019 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal" and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
