.The case of the prosecution in brief:- The de-facto complainant lodged a complaint stating that after completing Diploma in Electrical and Electronics (DEE), he was searching for Government job. At that time, the accused herein informed him that he is having contact with higher officials, he can arrange Government job and demanded Rs.3,00,000/-. On 24/08/2018, an appointment order, dated 16/08/2018 was given by this petitioner namely the accused herein. On 23/08/2018, he gave Rs.2,00,000/- to this petitioner. He was taken to Chennai, but leaving him he went to some other place for approaching the higher officials. But later took him to the native place. He received an Appointment Order. By showing the appointment order, the petitioner received Rs.1,00,000/-. Later, he was informed that joining time will be intimated later.
But no joining letter was received by the de-facto complainant as stated by this petitioner. When the money was demanded back, he was delaying and also making criminal intimidation. 4.Heard both sides.
.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would repeatedly submitted that except introducing the de-facto complainant to one Chandramurali, he has not involved in the alleged offence and only the above said Chandramurali received money from several person, for which, complaint has been given against this petitioner as if he is the person responsible for the above said occurrence.
.On that account, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent and cooperate with him to complete the process of investigation. He also appeared before the respondent and repeated the very same thing that he collected money from the de-facto complainant and handed over the same to the above said Chandramurali. 7.The respondent police also present before this court. He has stated that there was conversation between the de-facto complainant and the above said Chandramurali, that private conversation, Chandramurali undertook to settle the issue. But the above said conversation was not recorded by the respondent. 3/6
.Even though, the involvement of the above said Chandramurali has also been noticed and he is also going to be added as one of the accused, considering the manner in which, the above said offence said to have been committed, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Since, it has been specifically stated that only this petitioner took the de-facto complainant to the Government Department in Chennai and handed over the fake appointment order. The allegation of this nature cannot be taken lightly. So, I find that no ground has been made out by this petitioner to entertain this petition. 9.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
