ORDER

By this common order, all the four Writ Petitions are taken up for dismissal.

2. The petitioners in all Writ Petitions, appear to be the borrowers, who had borrowed the following amounts in the year 2004, while they are in service from the first respondent.

3. The petitioners in all Writ Petitions appear to have retired from service from 2012 onwards. It appears that the petitioners have arrears of amount and therefore, the first respondent had approached the District Registrar/General Manager, District Industries Center, Sivagangai and obtained an award in the 4/6

year 2011 and initiated Execution Proceedings to attach the petitioners' bank account pursuant to the aforesaid order of the District Registrar.

In the affidavit itself the petitioners have admitted that the petitioners are in arrears of the loan borrowed from the first respondent in the year 2004 and therefore, the amounts were recovered from the petitioners' account with the second respondent and therefore, there is no merits in these Writ Petitions. Therefore, these Writ Petitions are liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
