ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application and grant him bail on the same date of surrender itself in S.C.No.36 of 2021, dated 01.10.2021.

2.The petitioner is facing charge under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. Because of the non appearance of the petitioner, warrant has been issued on 01.10.2021 and the date of next hearing is 23.10.2021.

3.Since warrant has been issued against the petitioner, he has to surrender before the concerned Court and seek an order to recall the warrant by giving proper reason and circumstance. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16447 of 2021 warrant recall petition on the same of day of petitioner's surrender may not be proper on the part of this Court. Such sort of request cannot be entertained. I find no merit in this petition. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this petition is dismissed.
