ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent in Ref;Na.Ka.No.12375/Sales/17-18 dated 28/12/2017 in respect of the Aavin Milk Parlour on Platform No.4 and 5 in Tiruchirapalli Railway Junction with a consequential direction to the first respondent herein to forthwith open the said stall and permit the petitioner to continue to run the same without any interruption.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous, since the period of licence itself got expired. Accordingly, 2/4
