(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the possession notice dated 13.06.2022, passed by the respondent under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent - Bank with a proposal to regularise his loan account, which may be considered by the respondent - Bank in the manner known to law. 3.Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is closed.
