This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to dispose of the representation dated 24.07.2019 within a time frame.

W.P.(MD)No.19231 of 2019 persons did not take any action on the complaint, the petitioner has to approach the concerned Court under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, as directed by a Division Bench of this Court and guidelines imposed by this Court.
