PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for record relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent letter No.V-11014/86/L&R/2013/1414 dated 08.12.2017 sent through by the 5th respondent in his covering letter no.15014/CISF/Doc/L&R/OIL(D)/17-11607 dated 26.12.2017 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to restore the reduced increments and to treat the intervening period from 29.04.2013 to 22.03.2014 as on duty for all purposes and to pay all monetary benefits and other service benefits.
