COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders passed by the respondents dated 25.05.2018 and 17.09.2018 respectively, rejecting the request of the petitioners for revising the monthly hiring charges at the time of tender.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the period of contract given to the petitioners was over and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, these Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
