ORDER

The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni is suo motu impleaded as sixth respondent in this writ petition. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that the fourth respondent had collected premium amounts from him. But he did not credit the same to his account. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 02.02.2018. The petitioner's grievance is that no action has been taken.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) represented that sufficient cooperation is not being extended by the petitioner and that the material made available are not sufficient to register an FIR. Be that as it may, the impleaded sixth respondent is directed to communicate his decision to the writ petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is always open to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD)No.2593 of 2018 is also closed.
