This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 28.03.2017 and the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The cable TV system is no longer existing and the signal has been transmitted through digital format. Therefore, the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
