ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364 and 511 IPC, in Crime No.557 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a Correspondent of S.A.V. Higher Secondary School, Pallichatiram Street, Thoothukudi. He left from school for taking lunch and parked his vehicle nearby the 2nd Railway Gate. At that time, the petitioner and other four persons attacked and tracked him for some distance and by seeing the above incident, one namely Nadeshkumar belongs to Silverpuram raised alarm and while the police came there for patrol at the time, the above five persons left away from there. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.15835 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod. He further submitted that there are two previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the rival submission and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 12/10/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
