This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to give necessary police protection to survey the 1/4

patta land comprised in Survey Nos.114/2,137/2,137/3,138/6A,139/1A,139/2B, 157/3B2,199/14 in Uppukottai Village,Bodinayakanur,Theni District by considering his representation dated 13.08.2022

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeks police protection while surveying his land in S.Nos.114/2, 137/2, 137/3, 138/6A, 139/1A, 139/2B, 157/3B2, 199/14 in Uppukottai Village, Bodinayakanur,Theni District, for which he has sent a representation dated 13.08.2022 to the first respondent and the same is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2022 is available with the first respondent.

4. In view of the same, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2022 and provide police protection to the petitioner while surveying the land in S.Nos.114/2, 137/2, 137/3,138/6A,139/1A,139/2B,157/3B2,199/14 in Uppukottai Village, Bodinayakanur,Theni District.
