Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is seen that the second respondent had already issued an order of assignment in favour of the petitioner as early as on 07.08.2020. The petitioner has to pay the market value. It is stated that he has already paid it.

3. The second respondent is therefore directed to give effect to his own order immediately and without delay.
