ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that a document submitted by her for registration has not been received by the respondent.

2. If a document submitted for registration is not in order, the Registration Department can pass necessary orders by refusing or returning the document with reasons. But, in this case, the respondent is not justified in not receiving the document presented by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the document before the respondent for registration on 28.07.2023 (Friday) and on that day, the respondent 2/4

shall take a decision and pass necessary orders either to register the document or return the document in the manner known to law, within a period of one week from thereon. No costs.
