The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that based on the complaint given by the private respondents herein, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry in CSR No.179 of 2025 and closed the same on 29.05.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court. 2/4
