ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(b), 29(1), 25 NDPS Act in Cr.No.227 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.11.2023, based on the secret information, the Police party went to the place of occurrence, wherein totally six accused persons present. On seeing Police, they ran away from the spot. However, the Police caught three persons and snatched them. On search, it was found that they were in illegal possession of 6 kgs of ganja. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is got four previous cases and total amount of contraband is 6 kgs, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
