PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent pertaining to its order bearing RC.No. 1872/AP 2(1)/2016 dated 29.03.2017 modifying the punishment of the 2nd respondent pertaining to its order bearing C.No. K3/Appeal -07/2015 dated 25.06.2015 and the orders of the 3rd respondent pertaining to its order bearing P.R.No.5/2014 dated 20.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all monetary and service benefits within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
