O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to revert back the joint patta bearing No.5419, dated 26.05.2025 to its earlier position in the name of the petitioner alone by conducting a fresh enquiry complying the principles of natural justice.

2. A reading of the prayer in the writ petition shows that the petitioner effectively wants to challenge the order passed by the first respondent dated 26.05.2025 including the names of the private respondents in the patta in question.

3. When it is pointed out that the simple writ of Mandamus is not maintainable and it is for the petitioner to challenge the order, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner replied that the respondents have not 2/5

passed any orders. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 is directed to produce the order passed by the first respondent dated 26.05.2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has produced the order passed by the first respondent dated 26.05.2025 in proceedings No. 2025/0103/24/392368TR before this Court and submitted that without challenging the order dated 26.05.2025, the petitioner is not entitled to maintain the prayer for Mandamus. The copy of the order was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.05.2025, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
