Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 and issue property tax in the petitioner's name as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 and issue property tax in his name.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 19.06.2023 for issuance of property tax in his name. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
