Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law by considering the representation given by the petitioner, dated 18.07.2024.

ORDER
With consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Therefore, no counter is required.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law by considering the representation given by the petitioner, dated 18.07.2024.
3. When the petitioner presented the document before the second respondent, the same has not been received for registration. On the contrary, the petitioner is directed to present draft sale deed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner presents the document, the same will be registered as per law.
5. The submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to present the document before the second respondent for registration, in which event, the same shall be registered in accordance with law.
6. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 06.08.2024 NCC :
