PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report against the accused persons in Crime No.33 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police, within the time limit prescribed by this Court. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.33 of 2020.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.33 of 2020 is pending, without filing the final report till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that final report has been made ready on 07.11.2020 and he prays two weeks time for filing Final Report.

5. Considering the submission, the respondents Police are directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15561 of 2020 Crime No.33 of 2020, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
