This Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the representations of the petitioner, dated 12.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 will be considered in accordance with law.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 12.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
