This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and would submit that the complaint, dated 15.12.2020 lodged by the petitioner with the Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station was registered as CSR.No.543 of 2020 and after enquiry, it was also closed on 25.12.2020 based on the representation given by the petitioner and the third respondent that, they would resolve their dispute before the competent Civil Court.
