This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 submits that the third respondent is the competent authority to deal with the appeal dated 25.02.2025 filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal dated 25.02.2025 filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
