ORDER

As against the order passed in E.P.No.77 of 2024 dated 12.06.2025, the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition. The award was passed directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.9,55,804/- with 24% interest.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the issue was resolved between the parties, in which the petitioners paid the entire amount to the first respondent.

3. The first respondent is also present before this Court and he received the entire amount from the petitioners herein.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
