ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application u/s.77A of the Registration Act to cancel a power deed document dated 22.06.2023 and has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the official respondents to take action on his application. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application was received only on 05.07.2023 and that the same will be considered and 2/4

appropriate orders would be passed, by conducting an enquiry as provided u/s.77A of the Registration Act, within a reasonable time. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry u/s.77A of the Registration Act, based on the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
