PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 505 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed seeking bail to the petitioner in connection with Crime No.505 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.505 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 399 of IPC, seeks bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was preparing decoity along with other accused with iron rod and knife. Hence, this complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.15877 of 2021 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that there are 8 previous cases pending against the petitioner. 6.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
