COMMON ORDER The petitioners claim that they were allotted plot Nos.11, 12, 49 and 50 respectively in S.F.No.149/1 situated at Kakkavadi Village, Karur Taluk and they have filed these writ petitions in the year 2018 to forbear the 3rd and 4th respondents herein, their men and agent from in any manner disturbing with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plot assigned to them.

2. Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the orders of assignment have been cancelled without issuing any notice to the petitioners. He further submits that as against the orders of cancellation of assignment, these petitioners have also filed separate writ petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.1773 to 1776 of 2018 and the same are pending before this Court.

In view of the fact that the orders of assignment issued in favour of the petitioners have been cancelled and the petitioners have also challenged the same by way of separate writ petitions in W.P. (MD)Nos.1773 to 1776 of 2018, these writ petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all these grounds in W.P.(MD)Nos. 1773 to 1776 of 2018. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
