Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revise my pay and grade pay in terms of Clause 1(a) and Clause 5 of settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D.Act dated 04.01.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to revise my pension, gratuity, earned leave salary, commuted value of pension, provident fund based on the pay revision given in the settlement and to disburse the difference amounts in the terminal benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.10.2018, made in W.P.(MD) No.21911 of 2018.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions have been complied with. This fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
