Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. (1D) No.134, School Education [Pa.Ka.5(1)] Department, dated 18.08.2021 and quash the same in so far as the clauses in para 4 (I) (c), para 4(I)(V) and para 4(III) (ix) are concerned, and consequently forbear the respondents from effecting compulsory transfer by treating the petitioner's post as 1/3

ORDER

Mr. M.Saravanan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition.

2. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
