Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 and permitting them to conduct the car procession from the premises of St. Lourdes Church, Sivakasi, through four car streets via new road and back to the church through the same route on 10.02.2018 at about 08.00 P.M. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 and permitting them to conduct the car procession from the premises of St. Lourdes Church, Sivakasi, through four car streets via new road and back to the church through the same route on 10.02.2018 at about 08.00 P.M. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner sought permission to conduct car procession on 10.02.2018 and already, they conducted the car procession.

4. Recording the submission so made, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
