On 29.11.2021, this Court had passed the following order: "The petitioners are called absent.
2. Today, Mr.K.Selvaganesan, learned Special Government Pleader draws attention to the counter, wherein reference is made to W.P.No.8545 of 2012 filed by P.Sankar, the ninth writ petitioner in this writ petition seeking the same relief as sought for in this writ petition. That writ petition has come to be dismissed and that order has become final. Then, again the same petitioner appears to have filed W.P.No.11074 of 2014 along with six other petitioners seeking the same relief and the aforesaid petition stated to be pending. It is in the aforesaid circumstances the petitioner has approached this Court once again by way of the present writ petition. The aforesaid trajectory of litigation is clearly an abuse of process of this Court, subject to what the petitioner might say. 2/4
3. List 'for dismissal' on 01.12.2021."
2.Today, Ms.Rajini, learned counsel for the petitioners, while expressing her regret for non-appearance on the earlier occasion and faced with the facts as recorded in the above order, would seek leave to withdraw this writ petition and make endorsement to that effect.
