This Writ Petition came to be filed, challenging the order of the respondent Corporation rejecting the petitioner's application, seeking space for running a restaurant.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the said destination where the petitioner sought for permission to run a restaurant, has been utilized by the Corporation for construction of yet another building. 3.Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
