Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to grant permission and protection for the 24th festival of Arulmighu Sri Tharma Sastha Kovil from 20.01.2016 to 24.01.2016 based on the application for permission made by the petitioner to the respondents dated 08.01.2016.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to grant permission and protection for the 24th festival of Arulmighu Sri Tharma Sastha Kovil from 20.01.2016 to 24.01.2016 based on the application for permission made by the petitioner to the respondents dated 08.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that permission to conduct the festival between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.01.2016 and 24.01.2016 has been granted. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
