Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.8790 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12621 of 2022 on 29.07.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.8790 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12621 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10175 of 2022 2022 on 29.07.2022, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
