ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and others at the time of the demarcation and fixation of boundary of the petitioner's property situated in survey No. 186/12 Mela Urappanur Village, Urappanur Bit -2 Revenue Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2022 was received on 12.08.2022 received by the second respondent is pending before the second respondent for enquiry.

In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2022 and provide police protection to the surveyor at the time of the demarcation and fixation of boundary of the petitioner's property situated in survey No. 186/12 Mela Urappanur Village, Urappanur Bit -2 Revenue Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, 2/4
