2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The Registry is directed to delete the following lines in para 2 of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.17296 of 2026, dated 23.06.2026.

"Individual pattas were granted to several allottees and, in all, 54 persons were issued pattas. However, the respondents failed to grant an individual patta in favour of the petitioner." and substitute them with the following:

"According to the petitioner, none of the 54 allottees were granted individual pattas. Out of the 54 allottees, 10 persons are before this Court. Since the respondents have failed to grant individual pattas, the petitioners have approached this Court."
