ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in compliance / obedience with order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ramanathapuram in Crl M.P No. 4300 of 2022 dated 04.08.2021 and to investigate into the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petition is under enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
