ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty by disposing his representation dated 10.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner gave representation dated 10.08.2022 and it is under enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
