ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who seek anticipatory bail, are facing charges under Sections 406, 417 and 420 IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending. He would further submit that in response to the summons that has been issued to the petitioners, they appeared before the respondent police, whereas, the other person, by name, Raja, who pledged the car, after receiving the summons is absconding. Only after the appearance of the aforesaid person, further steps can be taken. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to them may not arise.
