Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is seen that the writ petitioner's father was granted assignment patta. He later passed away. The petitioner seeks patta in his name.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The fourth respondent is directed to issue patta in favour of the petitioner as prayed for within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
