ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465 and 471 of IPC and Sections 4(1),(aaa) and 4(1)(A) of the TNP Act read with Sections 6 and 8 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules, 2000 in Crime No.7 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the on 06.10.2014, all the accused conspired together and illegally transported spirit. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this petition on the ground that already Non Bailable Warrant was issued by the lower Court against the petitioner.

5. The accused persons conspired together and illegally transported huge litres of spirit. The offence is serious in nature. Further Non Bailable Warrant was also issued against the petitioner. Considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
