O R D E R

The petitioner seeks writ of Mandamus directing the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of Bharathidasan University / R1 and R2, to promote him to Class III post viz., Attender, in pursuance of G.O.No.1077, dated 01.12.1987, with all consequent and monetary benefits.

2. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would confirm the receipt of representation dated 15.10.2010 by R2 would also state that R2 will dispose the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.There is thus, a direction to R2 to hear the petitioner and dispose representation dated 15.10.2016, within a period of six weeks from date of uploading of the copy of this court upon the official website of this Court, in accordance with law and bearing in mind all applicable Government Orders.
