ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.2220 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. The petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai. The said petition was allowed by forwarding the same to the Station House Officer - Thirunagar (LGO) Police Station, Madurai and directed to conduct an investigation following the dictum laid down in Lalithakumari's case by the Hon'ble Apex Court and further directed to file a report on or before 20.04.2023. Challenging the same, this criminal revision case is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint filed by the complainant was dismissed for default as per Section 256 of Cr.P.C by order, dated 26.05.2025. Hence, this criminal revision case may be closed. 2/4
