PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.739 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 24.09.2021, for the offence punishable under Section 399 IPC, in Crime No.739 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.09.2021, the respondent police, while patrolling at Pattinamkathan, near E.C.R. Bridge, found that the petitioner along with others made preparation for dacoity.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 24.09.2021 and hence, he seeks for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally there are seven accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A4. He would further submit that the investigation is going on and the petitioner is having two previous cases to his credit.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner herein is having two previous cases and he was arrested only on 24.09.2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
