ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.490 of 2024 came to be registered against the petitioner and after enquiry, the same was closed as the dispute is of civil in nature and he has also produced the closure report.
4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
