ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to direct the third respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and for the enjoyment of his properties,from the intervention of the fourth respondent and his people,by considering the petitioner's complaint dated11/8/2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the tenant and he entered into specific performance contract with one Sakthivel and his mother Rajalakshmi. Meanwhile the fourth respondent purchased the property and he filed a suit for specific performance and it is pending. Under these circumstances the fourth respondent is giving trouble, hence he has filed the present petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the fourth respondent had purchased the land and he is the owner 2/5
of the disputed land. The petitioner is the land grabber and several cases are registered against him and it is pending. He would further submit that the petitioner is not the owner of the property and only to grab the land he is giving trouble to the fourth respondent. In turn the fourth respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and it is pending.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner a case in Crime No.72 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294(b), 452, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and a counter case has also been registered in Crime No. 195 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147,448,427 and 379 of IPC.
5. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents police.

6.On perusal of the records, it is seen that fourth respondent has given complaint against the petitioner which was received by the third respondent and a case has been registered as stated above and it is under investigation.
7. Recording the same, the this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
